Gypsylicious Weekend!

OMG!  I am so excited about this weekend.  I have been counting down the days for a month!  OClicious is coming to TEXAS!  That’s right our Gypsy Sister that stars on CMT’s Southern Nights will be rockin’ her Gypsy Soule this weekend with us in Texas.

We have a huge weekend planned for her – now I can’t tell you everything, because we have to keep somethings as a surprise.  We will be doing a ‘TWEET UP’ on Friday night in Fort Worth.  For those of you non-tweeters that is when we will tell you where we are on Twitter and you come hang out with us!!  So follow us @gypsysoule on twitter so you can have a  Gypsylicious Weekend too!

Saturday we will be at Maysfest in Weatherford.  Maysfest has been going strong now for five years!  It is an amazing event held to raise money for Cooks Children’s Hospital.  Specifically the Retinoblastoma Department.  This year it is an amazing line-up of Texas Country Bands including Matt Wayne, Adam Hood, Bleu Edmondson and our own Gypsy Sister Katy Keenie.  This is a great cause and lots of fun.  Wristbands are $25 and you can find out more information on their Facebook page, click here.  Bring your check- book so that you can bid on some of the amazing auction items, there will be a silent and a live auction.  Gypsy Soule will have a Gypsylicious Prize Pack in the live auction and will include a pair of Extremes!!!  OMG I love those shoes!! Texas Women & Southern Nights!

Get Ready for Saturday Night!!  Texas Women and Southern Nights officially premieres this Saturday!  Gypsy Soule is ALL OVER the place.  I seriously considered running a contest with how many Gypsy Soule Products can  you count, but there are LITERALLY TOO MANY TO COUNT!  GYPSY HEAVEN LADIES!  You should pay attention though, because I will be running a trivia contest next week centered around Saturday’s episodes.

CMT ran a sneak peak of Texas Women this past Saturday and here are just a couple of shots of Gypsy Soule from the first episode!

Anna rockin’ our new Rockmount shirts!  Love those shirts!  FYI all of our Rockmount shirts are a little longer than the normal Rockmounts, so that they tuck in well and stay in while you are riding!!

Hannah Rocking our new Necklace.  I LOVE THIS NECKLACE!  It is available online and in stores now!!!! And say hello to Cicily Cross, the newest addition to the Texas Women show, we love Cicily, she is rocking a pair of our winter boots in the episode…hmmmm wonder which pair??  (did I just give a trivia hint ?)

After Texas Women, Southern Nights premieres!  I CAN NOT WAIT for this one.  OUr fabulous OCLicious Doll Kristina Kraus will be rocking Gypsy Soule all over the place…so make sure and set your DVR’s for that too, because I will definitely be asking some trivia questions about that!  Look for the other ladies on Southern Nights to be rocking our stuff as well.  Saturday is officially GYPSY SOULE day!

Photoshoot Week

It has been a CRAZY week here in GypsyLand.  We had a HUGE photoshoot this week, when I say huge I mean HUGE!!!!  It was a LONG day, but worth every minute and we can’t wait for you to see all of the photos, you are going to LOVE them.  Thank you to EVERYBODY who helped out with the shoot, we could not have done it without you.

Viva Las Vegas!! Magic Market

WOW!  Magic Market was PHENOMENAL!  So much fun!  Check out these great shots Amy & Lo got in Vegas!  I just love this first one!!!Our AWESOME full page ad in the Magic Book!!  Love Love Love!This could be our motto!!!  I think we need that sign for the office!!Amy & Lo with Diva Amy!  Absolutely love Amy’s new button!!Lorinda and some Moon Boots!  I think she NEEDS the zebra pair!!Amy & Brenda rockin’ the Gypsy Soule Booth!!!  Love Love Brenda’s scarf, so cute.  We Love our Brenda!!!  We will back in Dallas next month for the Western Markets – See you There!!!!!

The Wedding Shot!

I have been dying to blog this, share this, show it off, tell everyone about it and the day has finally come.  This shot is in December’s issue of Cowboys & Indians Magazine.  I loved this shot before it was taken.  When Amy and Lorinda told me what they were planning I literally did a happy dance.  Oh wait, most of you probably don’t know, but the Gypsy Blogger is also the Gypsy Photographer.  That might explain why I was SO excited about this.  Here is another shot from this set-up.

Of course this shot would not have been possible at all if it wasn’t for Lisa Stiles-Ham with CoCo Fleur Events.  Lisa is a genius and amazing.  Not only did she make the skirt, check out the awesome bouquet along with a nice shot of those Soules!

How awesome is that?  I mean so beautiful.  All antique brooches, exquisite is the only word that even comes close to doing it justice.

I could post every shot of this dress.  Before you ask, yes those are REAL rose petals.  I promise.  Here is a behind the scenes look at some touch ups Lisa and her fabulous team did right before we shot these.

Lisa you are amazing, thank you for all of your hard work, it totally paid off!

It’s Friday Soule Sisters!!!!  I am so so glad it is the weekend, any have any rockin plans ?? So we are ‘like’ everywhere, have you noticed?  I love it!  First all go check out Paige Duke’s blog here, what a sweetheart.  Remember it’s only 13 days till her show Sweet Home Alabama starts on CMT!

OOOHHH LA LA!  So somewhere in this picture is what I will be giving away this week?  Any ideas??  That’s right those amazing earrings Melaina is wearing.  I LOVE LOVE LOVE these earrings, so fabulously blingtastic.  (the great thing about a blog is that you can make up words as you go along)  As you can see one of our own fearless leaders rocked these hot babies at the Texas Women party.  So how do you win???  This is going to be fun.  In the spirit of one of our latest photo-shoots send me your prom pictures!!!  Yes that’s right, I want to see what you were rockin’ at prom.

That’s right, Miranda’s mom Bev loves her Gypsy Soules!  We got a great review in from her today, check it out Soule Sisters ( I couldn’t agree more)

Owning a winery, a retail store, managing an online store as well as the activity with tour merchandise and the fan club….Well…. it all calls for several meetings a day.  At the end of it all I think of my feet and wonder why they don’t hurt?  In fact why they still feel good!  When I look down Gypsy Soule is at the bottom of it all!!  They make hard days a little (or a lot) easier!  PS The compliments throughout the day feel pretty good too :)

How great is that?  Love Miranda, Love her mom.  Have y’all listened to Miranda’s new single Baggage Claim??  SOOO SOO GOOD!  Go get it!

The footwear brand has inked a licensing deal with Western-inspired apparel and accessories brand Gypsy Soule for a series of boots and shoes designed by founders Lorinda Van Newkirk and Amy Moorhouse. Known for their rock ’n’ roll cowgirl style, the designers created a co-branded collection of boots and boat shoes that will feature novelty embroidery, screen prints and some rhinestones and studs. Set to hit shelves in April, the $180-to-$500 range is targeted to Western retailers, better boutiques, department stores and catalogs.
